TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
14. Tickets, Refunds and Cancellations
14.1 Early Bird and Advance Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation or a material change to the event by Rainbow Entertainment & Promotion.
14.2 Standard Tickets may only be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the event and will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee (25% of the ticket price refundable).
14.3 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event, on the day of the event, or after the event start time will not be eligible for any refund.
14.4 Failure to attend the event (“no show”) will result in the ticket being forfeited and no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued.
14.5 Any request for a refund outside of the terms set out above will be considered strictly at the sole discretion of Rainbow Entertainment & Promotion. Supporting evidence may be required. Personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, work commitments, or changes in personal plans, will not normally be considered valid grounds for a refund.
15. Support Acts and Line-Up Changes
15.1 Tickets are sold for the event as a whole and are priced based on the advertised headline act(s). The ticket price does not reflect the inclusion of any support acts, opening acts, or special guests.
15.2 Support acts and event line-ups may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.
15.3 The absence, cancellation, or change of any support or opening act shall not be considered a material change to the event.
15.4 No refunds, partial refunds, or compensation will be offered in relation to any change to, or absence of, support or opening acts.
16. Complaints and On-the-Day Resolution
16.1 If any issue arises during an event, it must be reported immediately to the on-site Operations Manager or event staff to allow a reasonable opportunity for the matter to be investigated and resolved at the time.
16.2 Where a reasonable solution is offered and accepted during the event, the matter will be deemed resolved and no further claims, refunds, or compensation will be considered in respect of that issue.
16.3 If a customer does not raise a concern during the event and chooses to remain at and/or continue to attend the event, this will be deemed acceptance of the event as delivered.
16.4 No refunds (full or partial) or compensation will be provided for issues raised after the event where the customer did not allow the opportunity for the matter to be addressed on the day.
17. Force Majeure
17.1 Rainbow Entertainment & Promotion shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control.
17.2 Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, pandemic, government restrictions, venue closure, technical failure, industrial disputes, or the unavailability of performers due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
17.3 In such circumstances, Rainbow Entertainment & Promotion reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or make reasonable changes to the event. Where appropriate, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date, but no additional compensation or liability will arise.
18. Admission and Right of Refusal
18.1 Rainbow Entertainment & Promotion and/or the venue reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event without refund where necessary for safety, security, or operational reasons.
18.2 This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who:
- are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
- behave in a disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive manner
- fail to comply with venue rules or staff instructions
18.3 No refund or compensation will be provided to any individual refused entry or removed from the event in accordance with this clause.
19. Ticket Resale and Transfer
19.1 Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or offered for resale for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Rainbow Entertainment & Promotion.
19.2 Any tickets found to be resold in breach of this condition may be cancelled without notice, and entry may be refused without refund.
19.3 Rainbow Entertainment & Promotion is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties. Such tickets may be invalid, and entry may be refused.
20. Photography, Filming and Media
20.1 By attending an event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience.
20.2 Rainbow Entertainment & Promotion reserves the right to use any such recordings or images for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes, including on social media, websites, and advertising materials, without payment or further consent.
20.3 If you do not wish to be recorded, you should inform a member of staff on arrival. While reasonable efforts may be made, this cannot be guaranteed in a public event environment.
21. Limitation of Liability
21.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
21.2 Subject to clause 21.1, Rainbow Entertainment & Promotion shall not be liable for:
- any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
- loss of enjoyment, opportunity, or personal arrangements
- loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at the event
21.3 Attendance at events is at your own risk. Customers are responsible for their own personal property and safety at all times.
22. Age Restrictions and Identification
22.1 Certain events may be subject to age restrictions. Where applicable, this will be stated at the time of booking.
22.2 Valid photographic identification (e.g. passport or driving licence) may be required as a condition of entry.
22.3 Rainbow Entertainment & Promotion and/or the venue reserves the right to refuse entry without refund to any person unable to provide valid identification or who does not meet the stated age requirements.
